Your membership has a minimum duration of … months. Please write to hello@dualgym.co.uk to cancel your membership. You can cancel up to 7 days before the renewal date.

To join DualGym, you will need to cancel your current membership and sign up through the DualGym website.

To change the gyms you attend, you will need to cancel your DualGym membership by writing to hello@dualgym.co.uk. We need 7 days notice prior to the renewal date. Once your membership is cancelled, you can purchase a new membership.

The DualGym community is small currently only active in Cornwall. However, we will be expanding our selection of gyms soon. Do you want the gym you attend to be part of DualGym, write us a message or introduce us to your gym! Do you run a gym and want to join our community? Just get in touch!

You cannot share your membership with another person. Signing up to DualGym means signing up to the terms and conditions of the gyms of your choice and the details you provide will be personal to you. Letting another person use your membership means they are not covered by your gym’s insurance.
